As CEO and Co-Founder of Reveal Risk, Aaron Pritz uses his background as a corporate leader to create a unique experience for any business in search of building and improving their cybersecurity program, processes, or capabilities.

His broad experience as a former Fortune 200 pharmaceutical company security senior IT/Security/Privacy/Risk leader afforded him in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection needs, which includes knowing the importance of efficiency and accessibility. He understands that people want an expert they can speak to directly that will guide them through the process of achieving their goals while using external benchmarks and experience.

This inspired him to create a firm that countered the traditional multi-layer consulting staffing model that caused inefficiency and bloated costs. Instead, he utilizes teams of intentionally selected, diverse and talented teams of people that are more tailored to client needs. It was especially crucial for his staff to comprise of non-conventional backgrounds and unique abilities, including military veterans, who all bring different ways to problem solve.

Overall, his background as well as experience as a Lean Six Sigma certified black belt taught him to apply "big company thinking" to "small company reality." These efforts have manifested into local and national growth of a sought-after independent boutique consulting company with a distinct reputation for producing superior resources in efficient ways.

As Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Reveal Risk, Tim has successfully executed cybersecurity projects on a local, national, and international scale. However, in his own words, he’s “just here to fight the bad guys.” His primary role is working with organizations - whether Fortune 500, small business, or non-profit organization - to build and enhance their cybersecurity programs. His extensive real-world experience as a practitioner and corporate leader gives him a practical perspective while his deep technical roots help him communicate with both technical experts and business leaders.

At Reveal Risk, he leads a carefully constructed team of people with diverse backgrounds and unique skills to build cybersecurity programs from scratch, uplift and transform existing programs, and deliver fully managed cybersecurity as a service as an interim or virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO). Tim is personally a highly-sought security advisor for pharmaceutical and life sciences; mergers, acquisitions, & divestitures; architecture; and supply chain / third party risk management.

The combination of Tim’s corporate experience, unique style of pragmatic and technical intelligence, and staff has led to Reveal Risk's expansion from a two person team to a staff and extended team of over twenty cybersecurity professionals. This positive development has allowed him invaluable opportunities to give back to his community. For instance, his work with non-profits has helped drastically improve and mature their cybersecurity programs. He has done this by applying large enterprise perspectives and scaling them down to meet his clients' needs based on their goals, budgets, and available resources. In these endeavors, he is especially driven by his mission to strengthen business foundations and keep them out of harm's way. Ultimately, Tim hopes to make Reveal Risk into one of the premier cybersecurity providers in the world.
