A sneak peek into our Team Building and Service Development

At Reveal Risk, collaboration is more than a calendar invite. Our recent Team Week gave us time to step away from the usual rhythm, reconnect in person, learn together, and celebrate the people behind the work we do every day.

We filled the week with moments that reflected what makes our team special: curiosity, creativity, and plenty of laughs. We created a collaborative mural that brought everyone’s ideas and personalities into one shared piece. We explored new flavors during a tea tasting, traded team superlatives, and headed out for a great meal at a local brewery.

Between the fun, we also made time for internal workshops and conversations that helped us share knowledge, sharpen our thinking, and strengthen how we work together.

And, of course, no Team Week would be complete without swag bags and a team selfie or two. Here's Jim and Bronwen (out-of-towners) appreciating Eugene for keeping this plant alive!

Team Week was a reminder that great work starts with great people. We left with fresh ideas, stronger relationships, and even more appreciation for the thoughtful, talented people who make Reveal Risk what it is.
